Great central location and easy key pickup. Pictures match reality. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Spacious apartment but could use a cooker and second bed. Atmospheric building entrance.

The location of this apartment was fantastic, just a short walk from the main center of Krakow. There were plenty of bars and shops nearby, and we especially loved the pierogi shop at the end of the road. The room, although a bit small, was perfectly fine for the two of us during our short stay. The entrance hall and stairway of the building had a very atmospheric and slightly spooky feel to them, which added to the overall charm. Collecting the keys was a breeze, as the girls at reception were extremely helpful and even provided us with maps.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is near the town center and close to the main square. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony and clean amenities. the hosts were very helpful and provided small touches like water bottles and coffee.
Some aspects of the room, such as the broken shower head stand and thin curtains, were a bit inconvenient.

I had an amazing stay at Apartamenty Centrum. The central location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the attractions Krakow has to offer. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to find a small bottle of champagne waiting for me in the room, which added a special touch to my stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing for flexible check-in and check-out times, even on bank holidays. I highly recommend this hotel for a superb experience in Krakow.

We had a great stay at this centrally located apartment. the staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. the apartment was clean, modern, and had a kitchenette. the location was perfect for exploring the main square and nearby attractions. We felt safe with the secure access to the building.
Felt truly looked after, no reason to complain.
